Refund policy

1. General

These rules supplement the public offer and govern refunds for access to the Iran Commodity Price Intelligence platform.

2. Grounds for a full refund

2.1. The Customer may request a full refund within 14 calendar days from the subscription activation date if all of the following are met:

no more than 10 (ten) rows of data have been exported (per platform counter);
no API requests were made, or their count does not exceed 0 (for plans without API);
there are no breaches of the offer or the user agreement.

2.2. The Provider verifies refund eligibility using platform accounting data (export and API counters). Viewing the dashboard and filtering without export do not count as use of the paid export feature.

2.3. If the service cannot be provided for more than 48 (forty-eight) consecutive hours due to the Provider’s fault — a proportional refund for the unused paid period.

3. Cases where no refund is made

the 14-day period from activation has expired;
more than 10 rows were exported or the API limit was exceeded;
Corporate plan paid by invoice — refund by mutual agreement, subject to closing documents;
USDT payment rejected because of a transfer from a sanctioned or restricted exchange/platform, or clause 2.4 of the offer was breached;
blockchain network fees on USDT payments;
a breach of the offer or user agreement has been found.

4. How to submit a request

4.1. Email info@iranpetrochemstats.ru with the subject “Refund” and include:

the email used to register on the platform;
payment date and amount;
reason for the refund;
bank details for transfer, or the TRON network TxID if paid with USDT.

4.2. Review takes up to 10 business days. Card refund via YooKassa — up to 10 business days after approval; bank account refund — up to 5 business days after approval. USDT refund — by mutual agreement to the Customer’s stated TRC20 address (minus network fees), where grounds under this Policy apply. Manual activation / TxID verification may be required before any USDT-related decision.
